Navigo in Rete dai tempi del Commodore 64 e conosco la fatica di leggere. Se dovessi tirare le somme di tanti anni anni tra letture e scritture, mi sentirei di affermare anche il diritto di non leggere per contrastare quello di leggere. Forse tradirei il secolo di mio Padre, lui i libri non li scriveva, li “faceva”.
Lui era un compositore, uno stampatore, un legatore, aveva un cuore che era un libro. Io, a distanza di tanto tempo, mi sforzo di non essere un robot. Non posso fare a meno di esprimere il bisogno di pensare. Lo faccio in tutti gli spazi digitali che ho avuto modo di frequentare in questi ultimi decenni dopo che lasciai la scuola e l’insegnamento attivo.
Mi accorsi che ero entrato a far parte di un cervello globale. Sono sempre più convinto che noi siamo quello che leggiamo. Tra biblioteche e biblioterapie, esprimo la mia idea digitale nel mio blog tra Machiavelli e McLuhan. Si possono incontrare strani compagni di viaggio tra i libri..
